Job vacancies can be addded from EURES advisers following these steps:

  1. First you create a profile (user) using the role “employer”.

Once created, this profile can be used for future job vacancies as well.

  1. Using the employer's control panel, use the "add company" function by filling in the required fields.

When adding a company, you can name it using both the name of the employer and EURES  – “Company X via EURES ... (name of country)” and use the contacts of the EURES adviser in the profile of the company.

  1. After approval of the company by the administrator, the function of adding a new job vacancy is unlocked. A form with basic information within the site itself must be filled. Then the job vacancy is checked by EURES adviser from Bulgaria. We may contact you if further information is needed.

Given the situation with COVID–19, please include in the job vacancy information on compliance with anti-epidemic measures, including are there conditions for keeping distance at work; what are the conditions of accommodation and what are the conditions for the transport of workers (if transport to the workplace will be provided). Also information is needed if the workers from Bulgaria are quarantined on arrival – where they will be accommodated; under what conditions and whether their costs will be covered for the period under quarantine.

  1. After the job vacancy is approved, it becomes visible to users of the website and applicants can apply within the site itself. You and/or the employer can monitor the applications and in real time.
