You will be the first point of contact, taking calls, answering emails and responding to web enquiries from consumers. You will have your customer service radar switched on and be ready to showcase your excellent communication skills in order to give each customer a professional and detailed response. In this role you will provide support for a variety of brands and be required to remain knowledgeable on all brands and products as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge on all the processes to support our consumers Want your weekends free? Exceptionally customer focused

•        Ability to communicate fluently in Danish both in verbal and written communication styles and understand the market specific dialects or accents

•  Deep and firm understanding on consumer culture in Danish market

•           All training will be completed in English, so an advance level of the language is needed as well.

•    Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system

•   Committed to resolving customer queries in line with corporate values and brand image with solution driven mindset

•     Good telephone manner and strong understanding of social media channels and familiarity with social communication best practices

•         Excellent soft skills, particularly in:

•                Demonstrating empathy

•            Active listening skills

•   Communicating clearly

•               Providing concise and accurate next steps

•              Building rapport with frustrated consumers

•    Remaining calm in stressful scenarios
